Grand G. – Hotel Match — Brazil Privacy Supplement (LGPD)
This Supplement applies if you reside in Brazil and supplements our Privacy Policy for the purposes of Law No. 13,709/2018 (the "LGPD"). Words defined in the Privacy Policy have the same meaning here. The controller of your personal data is Sortis Oyun Yazılım ve Pazarlama Limited Şirketi; our address and contact details are in Section 15 of the Privacy Policy.
Legal bases (LGPD Article 7)
- Performance of a contract (Art. 7 V): operating the Game, saving progress, delivering and verifying purchases, running the Arcade, events and leaderboards, and providing support.
- Legitimate interests (Art. 7 IX): securing the Services and preventing cheating and fraud; fixing crashes; analytics, testing and game tuning; measuring our own marketing where consent is not required; defending legal claims.
- Consent (Art. 7 I): personalized advertising and the use of advertising identifiers in accordance with your choices on the consent form described in Section 6.3 of the Privacy Policy, and optional marketing communications. You may revoke consent at any time with effect for the future.
- Compliance with a legal obligation (Art. 7 II) and exercise of rights in proceedings (Art. 7 VI): retaining transaction records and responding to lawful requests.
Your rights (LGPD Article 18)
You may request, free of charge: confirmation that we process your personal data; access to it; correction of incomplete, inaccurate or outdated data; anonymization, blocking or deletion of unnecessary or excessive data or data processed in violation of the LGPD; portability to another provider; deletion of data processed with your consent; information about the public and private entities with which we have shared data; information about the option of refusing consent and the consequences of refusal; and revocation of consent. We do not make automated decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects; if that changes, you will have the right to request review as provided by Article 20.
To exercise these rights, use the in-game help function (recommended) or write to support@sortisgames.com with the player ID shown in Settings; verification works as described in Section 13 of the Privacy Policy. You also have the right to petition the Brazilian National Data Protection Authority (ANPD) regarding your data.
International transfers
We are established in Türkiye and process data in the United States, the European Union and other countries as described in Section 8 of the Privacy Policy. Transfers from Brazil rely on the safeguards permitted by LGPD Article 33, including contractual clauses providing an adequate level of protection.
Children
Our Services are not directed to children, and we process personal data in observance of the best interest of the child (LGPD Article 14) as described in Section 11 of the Privacy Policy.
