Delete your Sortis account

You can ask us to delete your player account and the personal data attached to it at any time. There are three ways to do it.

1. From inside the game (fastest)

Open the game, go to Settings → Delete Account, and confirm. Your request is registered immediately and no email is needed.

2. On the web

Use the contact form on our contact page: choose DELETE ACCOUNT as the subject and enter the Player ID shown in the game under Settings. Your account has no email address or password attached to it, so the Player ID is how we find it.

3. By email

Write to support@sortisgames.com with the subject Account deletion request and the Player ID shown in the game under Settings. We may ask one question to confirm the account is yours before we delete anything.

What gets deleted

Your account identifier and any profile details, your game progress and cloud saves, your purchase history as it is linked to you, and your support correspondence. Once this is done, the account and its progress cannot be restored.

What we have to keep, and for how long

Anonymised or aggregated statistics that can no longer identify you, and the transaction records that tax and consumer-protection law requires us to retain for the statutory period. These are stored separately and are not used to contact you or to rebuild your profile.

How long it takes

We complete deletion requests within 30 days of receiving them, as data protection law requires. Copies held in routine backups are removed as those backups are recycled, within a further 90 days at the latest.

Before you delete

Deleting removes your progress and any unspent in-game items permanently, including purchased Diamonds. Purchases cannot be transferred or refunded after deletion. If you only want to stop hearing from us, switch off the game’s notifications in your device settings instead — that keeps your progress intact.
