Grand G. – Hotel Match — Supplemental EEA+ Privacy Statement
This Statement applies if you reside in the EEA, the United Kingdom or Switzerland, and supplements our Privacy Policy. The data controller is Sortis Oyun Yazılım ve Pazarlama Limited Şirketi, which you can contact on any data protection matter using the details in Section 15 of the Privacy Policy.
How we obtain consent. When you first open the Game in the EEA+ we show the Google UMP consent form described in Section 6.3 of the Privacy Policy before any consent-based processing begins. Where you decline, the Game works normally; only the consent-based purposes are switched off.
1. Legal bases
- Performance of a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR): operating the Game, saving progress, delivering and verifying purchases, running the Arcade, events and leaderboards, and providing support.
- Legitimate interests (Art. 6(1)(f)): securing the Services and preventing cheating and fraud; fixing crashes and errors; performing analytics, testing and game tuning; selecting offers based on in-game activity; defending legal claims; and measuring our own marketing where consent is not required. You may object at any time as described below.
- Consent (Art. 6(1)(a)), and Art. 5(3) ePrivacy rules for storing/accessing identifiers on your device: personalized advertising and the use of advertising identifiers for advertising purposes in accordance with your choices on the consent form described in Section 6.3 of the Privacy Policy (including reading the IDFA following an ATT opt-in), cross-app tracking for advertising measurement and audience building, certain marketing cookies on our website, and optional marketing communications. You may withdraw consent at any time with effect for the future via the settings described in Section 6 of the Privacy Policy.
- Legal obligation (Art. 6(1)(c)): retaining transaction records and responding to lawful requests.
2. Your rights
You have the rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability, and the right to object to processing based on legitimate interests (including an absolute right to object to direct marketing). You also have the right to withdraw consent at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of prior processing, and the right not to be subject to solely automated decisions with legal or similarly significant effects (we do not make such decisions). To exercise your rights, use in-game support or the contact details in Section 15 of the Privacy Policy. You have the right to lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority.
3. Transfers
Transfers of your personal data outside the EEA+ (including to Türkiye and the United States) are protected as described in Section 8 of the Privacy Policy.
