This Statement applies if you reside in Türkiye and supplements our Privacy Policy and constitutes our disclosure obligation (aydınlatma yükümlülüğü) under Article 10 of the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 ("KVKK"). The data controller (veri sorumlusu) is Sortis Oyun Yazılım ve Pazarlama Limited Şirketi, Göktürk Merkez Mah. Kılıncı Göl Sk. No: 7D1 İç Kapı No: 1, Eyüpsultan, İstanbul, Türkiye, registered with the İstanbul Trade Registry (MERSİS No. 0775099675900001). We are not registered with the Data Controllers' Registry (VERBİS), relying on the exemption available to data controllers of our size under KVKK Article 16 and the decisions of the Personal Data Protection Board. We will register if we cease to qualify for that exemption.
Your personal data described in Section 3 of the Privacy Policy is processed for the purposes in its Section 5, based on the following legal grounds under KVKK Article 5: establishment and performance of a contract (Art. 5/2(c)) for operating the Game and delivering purchases; legitimate interests of the data controller (Art. 5/2(f)) for security, anti-cheat, analytics, improvement and offer selection; legal obligations (Art. 5/2(ç)) for record retention; and your explicit consent (açık rıza, Art. 5/1) for cross-app tracking for advertising measurement, any future personalized advertising and, where relied upon, transfers abroad. Personal data may be transferred to the recipients described in Section 7 of the Privacy Policy, including recipients abroad, in accordance with KVKK Articles 8 and 9 as described in Section 8 of the Privacy Policy.
Under KVKK Article 11, you have the right to learn whether your personal data is processed; request information about processing; learn the purposes and whether data is used accordingly; know the third parties to whom data is transferred domestically or abroad; request correction of incomplete or inaccurate data; request deletion or destruction under Article 7; request notification of correction/deletion to transferees; object to results arising exclusively from automated analysis that are to your detriment; and claim compensation for damage caused by unlawful processing. You may submit requests in accordance with the Communiqué on Application Procedures to the Data Controller: in writing to our registered address, via support@sortisgames.com from an email address previously notified to us, or through in-game support with identity verification. We will respond free of charge within 30 days at the latest, subject to the fee schedule of the Personal Data Protection Board where applicable. You may lodge complaints with the Personal Data Protection Authority (Kişisel Verileri Koruma Kurumu) under the conditions of KVKK Articles 13–14.
