Grand G. – Hotel Match — Korea Supplement
This Supplement applies if you reside in the Republic of Korea and supplements our Privacy Policy for the purposes of the Personal Information Protection Act ("PIPA") and the Game Industry Promotion Act. Words defined in the Privacy Policy have the same meaning here. The personal information controller is Sortis Oyun Yazılım ve Pazarlama Limited Şirketi; our address and contact details are in Section 15 of the Privacy Policy.
Items collected, purposes and retention
The items of personal information we process, the purposes of processing, and the retention periods are set out in Sections 3, 5 and 9 of the Privacy Policy. We collect no name, email address or resident registration information; your Account is keyed to a randomly generated player ID. You can destroy your personal information at any time by deleting your Account in the Game under Settings > Delete Account or at sortisgames.com/en/delete-account.
Provision to third parties and overseas transfer
Playing the Game entails transfer of personal information overseas at the time of play, over the network, to the following recipients, for the purposes and retention periods described in the Privacy Policy:
- Google LLC / Google Ireland Ltd. (United States / Ireland) — game backend (Firebase), crash reporting, push delivery, and serving the optional rewarded advertisements (AdMob); device identifiers, IP address, gameplay, diagnostic and ad-interaction data.
- Adjust GmbH (Germany) — install attribution and campaign measurement; device identifiers, IP address, event data.
- Amplitude, Inc. (United States) — gameplay analytics; player ID, device data, gameplay events.
- Apple Inc. / Google LLC (United States) — distribution, payments and refunds under their own terms.
You may refuse consent-based processing through the choices described in Section 6 of the Privacy Policy; refusing does not prevent you from playing, though consent-dependent features (such as personalized advertising) will be off. Your rights
You may request access to, correction of, deletion of, or suspension of processing of your personal information, and may withdraw consent at any time, via the in-game help function or support@sortisgames.com (include the player ID shown in Settings). We will act on requests within the periods PIPA prescribes. You may also seek dispute resolution or report infringements to the Personal Information Protection Commission or the Korea Internet & Security Agency.
Probability-type items
The Game does not sell probability-type items within the meaning of the Game Industry Promotion Act: the contents of every purchase are fixed and shown before you buy, and the Game's random features (the Arcade and the In-Game Spinner) cannot be used with items purchased for real money. If we ever introduce paid probability-type items, we will disclose the applicable probabilities as the Act requires before doing so.
Domestic agent
If we come to meet the thresholds under Korean law that require the designation of a domestic agent, we will designate one and state their name, address and contact details here.
